Draft launch pricing - subject to change
Plans for communities coordinating rides with care.
These planning figures are not approved pricing or a commitment. They are published as a draft to support launch conversations and may change before RideSmart is offered as a paid service.
Founding access
Priced around your organization's size and pilot scope.
While RideSmart is in its founding stage there is no fixed price list. Access is discussed directly with each early church, based on how many people you coordinate and what your pilot needs. A limited free option is part of the current thinking for the smallest programs.

Validation target, not a result
Time saved still needs to be tested.
Saving 3-5 hours/week is a validation target for future interviews and pilots. It is not a measured RideSmart result.
Future plans
Plans should follow proven needs.
Final packaging will reflect organization size, event volume, support needs, and what founding users validate. No church will be moved onto a paid plan without clear terms and an explicit choice.
Pricing FAQ
What is decided, and what is not.
Are these final prices?
No. Every figure on this page is draft launch planning and may change before a paid public launch.
What does a founding church receive?
A founding church discusses discounted early access, direct feedback conversations, and a meaningful voice in product priorities. Exact terms are agreed before a pilot begins.
Will there be a free plan?
A limited Free tier is part of the current draft, but its limits and availability still need validation and approval.
When would billing begin?
No billing date has been announced. Any future paid plan would be presented with clear terms before a church chooses to continue.
Proposed founding-church pilot
Help shape RideSmart around a real ministry workflow.
We are considering discounted access in return for candid feedback and, only if the experience supports it and the church approves, a testimonial and case-study participation. Participation, scope, consent, wording, and approval would be agreed before anything is shared.
This is an invitation to discuss a possible pilot, not a claim that a pilot church, testimonial, case study, or result already exists.
