RideSmart is new. Rather than publish prices we haven’t tested, we’re starting with a small group of founding churches on a free pilot, and setting pricing with the churches who use it.
How the founding pilot works.

A free pilot on one service
We set RideSmart up for one recurring service, such as your Sunday service, and run it with you for real.

A review after three or four services
We look at what worked and what didn’t, together, before anyone talks about money.

You choose what happens next
Continue at a founding rate, or stop. Free access doesn’t roll over into a paid plan, and nothing is billed without terms you’ve agreed to first.

Decided
- The pilot is free and covers one recurring service.
- Nothing is billed without clear terms you agree to first.
- Free access ends with the pilot. It doesn’t turn into a charge on its own.
Not decided yet
- Prices and plan limits. We expect to price by recurring program, so a weekly service counts once, not every week.
- Whether there will be a free plan.
- Billing, taxes, cancellation and support terms. They’ll be published with the prices.
Questions about cost.
- Is the pilot really free?
- Yes. There’s no charge for the pilot and no card to enter. If you’d like to continue afterwards, we’ll agree terms with you first.
- What is a founding rate?
- A lower rate for the first churches that help shape RideSmart. The founding group is small, and the rate is agreed with each church after its pilot.
- Do members or drivers pay anything?
- No. RideSmart is for the organization; members and volunteer drivers never pay to use it.
- When will prices be published?
- When the founding pilots show what churches need and what’s fair to charge. We’ll publish plain Canadian pricing with full terms.
